I did it! I completed another round of the 21 Day Fix for a total of 42 days of fat blasting fitness. The results? Better than I ever dreamed.
I feel lighter, faster, more energetic, stronger, happier and healthier. By the end of round 2, I was lifting much heavier weights and had even bumped up the intensity level of some of the exercises.

The tale of the tape: I lost 4.5 lbs, 4 inches and 1.5% body fat during round 2 of the 21 Day Fix.
In 42 days I have lost: 14 lbs, 14.5 inches and 3% body fat!
With PiYo on the horizon and other programs such as T25 and Insanity, I am going to keep pushing towards my birthday goal. I'll be sticking with Shakeology as a daily meal since the health benefits are worth the money to me.
