I am often asked for 21 Day Fix recipes by people who are not members of my support & accountability group on FaceBook. For those lovely folks I thought I'd share a simple, protein and veggie packed meal that only utilizes 1 green and 1 red 21 Day Fix container. (If you add toast, just mark off 1 yellow container on your daily tally sheet.)
All of the food used in this recipe is organic - from a local farm or our own backyard. Double awesome!
