Over the last few months I've taken note of Disney's recent social media awakening. Beginning over the summer with the launch of the official Disneyland Instagram account, and most recently with their discovery of Vine. Last month Disney launched the #DisneySideContest on Vine, which offered a daily cash prize of $1,000 and a grand prize of $10,000. The video examples provided by Disney gave me the impression the level of artistry necessary to win was beyond my reach. However, after seeing the Vines chosen for the daily $1,000 prize - I realized I had just as good a chance as anyone else with an iPhone.
With only a couple of days left in the competition, I managed to enter 3 videos. Today's Saturday Short is my favorite of the three I submitted.
